Cookie Notice

LegalPeter KestertonPECR 2003

Under PECR we need your prior opt-in consent before setting any cookie that is not strictly necessary, and rejecting must be as easy as accepting. Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent but we still have to tell you about them, which is what this page does.

What this site sets

  • Strictly necessary — the cookie-consent preference itself; host and security cookies; a form-handling token to prevent spam. No consent required.
  • Analytics[CONFIRM whether any is used]. Opt-in consent required before it is set.
  • Third party — once you click through to Teachable you have left this site and their cookie and privacy policy governs, not ours.

A recommendation rather than a disclosure: if analytics has not been built yet, use a cookieless tool. If nothing is stored on or read from the visitor's device, PECR does not apply to it at all, and that part of the site needs no banner.

Any advertising pixel added later takes opt-in consent first, without exception.

[Run an actual cookie scan against the live site before publishing this page — the list above is an estimate, not a scan result.]
